The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence, brand awareness, and revenue of the resort. The role requires expertise in performance marketing, campaign management, online distribution, and brand storytelling to drive direct bookings and attract new and returning guests.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute result-oriented digital marketing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other paid platforms.
  • Identify new trends, platforms, and strategic marketing opportunities.

Website & SEO Management

  • Manage the resort website and ensure content is updated and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to drive direct bookings.
  • Track and improve organic keyword ranking and web traffic.

Social Media Management

  • Create and maintain a strong brand presence across social media platforms.
  • Plan monthly content calendars, execute posts, reels & promotions.
  • Respond to comments/messages and collaborate with influencers and travel content creators.

Content Creation & Branding

  • Develop engaging content for blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure brand identity is consistent across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate photoshoots and video content for resort promotions.

OTA & Distribution Support

  • Work closely with the revenue/OTA team to enhance visibility and offers across platforms like Booking.com, Makemytrip, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.
  • Support strategies to improve rankings, guest acquisition, and guest engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM tools.
  • Evaluate ROI, conversion funnels, CPC/CPA, and booking trends.
  • Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality/travel/resort industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid ads, social media marketing, and email automation.
  • Familiar with PMS/CRM systems, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
  • Excellent communication, content writing, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver performance-driven campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
