Location: Delhi

Experience: 10+ Years

Ctc – upto 18-25 Lpa (depends on interview)

Working : 6 days (sat wfh) (9:30 am- 6 pm)

Reporting To: Head of Marketing / Business Head

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior-level Marketing Manager with extensive experience in the travel industry to lead strategic marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, drive lead generation, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for travel products and services
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and performance marketing
• Drive lead generation campaigns to support sales and business development teams
• Manage brand positioning, communication, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Oversee marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and creative partners
• Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and ROI to optimize results
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Plan and execute events, partnerships, and corporate promotions

Required Skills

• Strong experience in travel industry marketing (Corporate / Leisure / B2B)
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, branding, and demand generation
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the travel industry
• Experience working with corporate clients and B2B marketing is an advantage
