Digital Marketing Manager (Meta, Google Ads & Social Media Specialist)

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, strong graphic design skills, and solid knowledge of SEO to drive brand growth, leads, and conversions.

You will be responsible for handling end-to-end digital marketing operations including Meta Ads, Google Ads (AdWords), Instagram, TikTok campaigns, content creatives, and search engine optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (AdWords – Search, Display, YouTube)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Manage daily ad performance, budgeting, A/B testing, and scaling strategies.
  • Create high-converting ad creatives with strong graphic design skills (posts, banners, video thumbnails, ad visuals).
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website content for rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Manage social media pages, content calendars, and engagement strategies.
  • Install and manage tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4).
  • Prepare performance reports and marketing insights.
  • Collaborate with developers and content teams for landing pages and funnels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager / Specialist.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads (AdWords)
  • TikTok Ads Manager
  • Solid understanding of SEO (technical, on-page, off-page).
  • Good graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
  • Experience in audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel creation.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms and trends.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Video editing skills for ad creatives.
  • Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of email marketing & automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of landing page builders (WordPress, Shopify, ClickFunnels).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
