What You’ll Do

  • Lead social media marketing and day to day channel management
  • Launch test and optimize paid ads on Facebook and Instagram on a weekly basis
  • Plan execute and optimize Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns
  • Constantly work to lower CPL and improve ROAS across paid channels
  • Build and manage email and SMS nurture flows for lead conversion
  • Create automated sequences while maintaining high deliverability open and click rates
  • Own copywriting across ads landing pages emails scripts and short form content
  • Rewrite iterate and test multiple content variations to improve performance
  • Manage on page and off page SEO for sustained organic growth
  • Track KPIs daily and weekly and optimize campaigns using analytics insights
  • Drive lead generation strategies for B2B and SaaS audiences
  • Collaborate with design product and web teams on growth initiatives

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Management
  • Strong expertise in paid ads performance marketing and web analytics
  • Proven ability to scale social media and lead generation campaigns
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles with hands on execution skills
  • Experience working with B2B and SaaS companies
  • Excellent communication analytical and project management skills in English
  • Comfortable owning strategy execution testing and optimization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred
