META Ads expert needed

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate understands performance marketing, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and scaling profitable campaigns. You should be comfortable handling ad accounts independently and optimizing campaigns based on real data.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Set up conversion-focused campaigns for sales, leads, and traffic
• Perform audience research and build custom and lookalike audiences
• Install and manage Meta Pixel and Conversion API tracking
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Optimize campaigns daily based on performance metrics
• Control budgets and improve ROAS and CPA
• Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly performance reports
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad visuals and copy
• Monitor competitor ads and suggest new campaign angles
• Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of practical Meta Ads experience
• Proven track record of running profitable campaigns
• Strong understanding of funnel strategy and customer journey
• Experience with Pixel setup and event tracking
• Good knowledge of retargeting and scaling strategies
• Ability to read and act on ad metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets (small to large)
• Familiar with Shopify or ecommerce tracking is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in ecommerce or DTC brands
• Basic landing page and CRO understanding
• Copywriting sense for ad hooks and headlines
• Experience with testing frameworks and scaling models
