Role Description

Winqle Tech is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Faisalabad.

This position is ideal for a results-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, performance, analytics, and experimentation. The Growth Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, improving conversion funnels, and scaling Winqle’s digital growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing end-to-end growth marketing strategies to increase user acquisition and revenue
  • Managing and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
  • Developing lead generation systems, nurturing workflows, and customer engagement journeys
  • Conducting deep performance analysis of marketing funnels and customer touchpoints
  • Collaborating closely with product, sales, design, and development teams to align marketing with business goals
  • Creating detailed analytics dashboards and performance reports for continuous improvement
  • Running structured experiments, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and audience targeting refinement
  • Researching market trends, competitor strategies, and innovative approaches to growth and retention

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Content Strategy
  • Strong expertise in campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and A/B testing frameworks
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools, such as:
  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Marketing automation platforms
  • Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Customer acquisition funnels
  • Brand positioning and marketing strategy
  • Key performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention)
  • Ability to build and execute growth plans focused on lead generation, customer engagement, and long-term retention
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and sales teams to drive business outcomes
  • Prior exposure to the technology or SaaS industry is highly preferred
