Digital Marketing Manager (On-site)

We are hiring an Onsite Marketing Manager to join our growing team at our Rawalpindi office. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, and eager to take ownership of marketing campaigns that drive real results.

As part of our core team, you will collaborate closely with management, contribute fresh ideas, and execute strategies to grow our brand presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Funnel Building & Campaigns – Develop and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and email sequences. Track performance and improve conversions.
• Video Marketing – Create and edit engaging weekly videos with strong hooks, captions, and descriptions.
• Influencer & Lead Outreach – Identify and contact influencers, and send personalized DMs (~25 per week) across LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.
• Content & Design – Produce blogs, guides, PDFs, and infographics tailored for different audiences.
• Community Engagement – Build and manage WhatsApp groups to nurture leads with value-driven content.
• CRM Management – Update and track leads in GoHighLevel CRM for accountability and data insights.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing funnels (GoHighLevel or similar).
• Strong video editing and design skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere, Descript, etc.).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp).
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI).
• Ability to work full-time onsite at our Rawalpindi office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
