We’re Hiring: Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Performance (Real Estate)

AQUA PROPERTIES is expanding its marketing team and is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead high-performance campaigns across multiple digital channels.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded performance marketer who has successfully managed USD 1M+ annual media budgets within the real estate sector and understands the full lead-to-revenue journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and optimize Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube)

* Manage Meta Ads performance campaigns

* Oversee annual media budgets exceeding $1M

* Improve lead quality and conversion rates in collaboration with sales teams

* Develop email, SMS, and WhatsApp nurturing flows

* Align paid media with SEO strategy

* Build performance dashboards and present insights to leadership

Requirements

* 6–10 years of digital marketing experience

* Minimum 3 years in UAE real estate marketing

* Proven experience managing $1M+ annual ad budgets

* Strong analytical and performance optimization skills

* CRM integration and lead tracking experience

* Data-driven, commercially focused mindset

This is a high-ownership role within a performance-focused organization that values measurable growth and accountability.
