Overview of the Manager, eMarketing role
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and optimize Rejuvenation’s email marketing and digital content efforts. This role is responsible for driving engagement and revenue through thoughtful, customer-first content strategies across email, site, and paid media channels. You will support the planning, execution, and optimization of seasonal and evergreen campaigns and manage Rejuvenation’s editorial and content calendars. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and a passion for continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the email marketing program across lifecycle, promotional, and triggered campaigns, including audience segmentation, messaging, and testing strategy
- Set performance goals, monitor results, and translate data into clear, actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Plan and execute email campaigns end-to-end, including briefing, content development, approvals, and deployment
- Own the email and digital marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with promotional, seasonal, and merchandising priorities
- Partner closely with Site Merchandising to align product priorities, storytelling, and sell-through goals within campaigns
- Collaborate with CRM and Digital Marketing teams to support paid media through content strategy, creative briefing, and asset development
- Ensure cohesive, brand-aligned messaging across channels through strong cross-functional partnership (Creative, Merchandising, Marketing)
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continuously evolve strategies
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital or email marketing, preferably within eCommerce or retail
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including personalization and dynamic content
- Experience partnering with merchandising or product teams to drive commercial outcomes
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
