Digital Marketing Manager – For Software Development & AI

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 5–9 years of professional experience in IT, software development, or AI-driven companies. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing digital assets, planning multi-channel marketing strategies, overseeing performance analytics, and driving high-quality lead generation for a growing tech organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the company website, landing pages, and overall UI/UX performance.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize portfolios, case studies, and company capability presentations.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Develop long-term content strategies for blogs, social media, case studies, and thought leadership materials.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows and manage CRM pipelines (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Track key performance metrics including traffic, conversions, CPL, lead quality, and ad ROI.
  • Conduct detailed competitor analysis and industry research for IT and AI markets.
  • Manage company listings on platforms such as Clutch, GoodFirms, and DesignRush and execute review-generation strategies.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with design/development agencies through email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Create and optimize landing pages focused on conversion rate improvement and A/B testing.
  • Position the company as an AI-driven solutions provider through content, branding, and campaign messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–9 years of experience in digital marketing (IT, SaaS, or AI industry preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing flows, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare performance reports, and provide insights.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in digital marketing.

Good to Have

  • Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in creating or optimizing landing pages using CRO best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
