We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid traffic across Social Media and PPC channels. The ideal candidate understands the full funnel — from creatives and landing pages to ad sets, optimization, and scaling.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other PPC platforms
- Create and optimize ad structures, ad sets, and bidding strategies
- Work closely on ad creatives (copy, hooks, angles, visuals, videos)
- Review and optimize landing pages for conversion rate (CRO)
- Monitor KPIs: CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and scaling metrics
- A/B test creatives, audiences, funnels, and offers
- Ensure compliance with ad platform policies
- Manage budgets and scale profitable campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing paid social and PPC campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Hands-on experience with creatives, landing pages, tracking, and pixels
- Understanding of funnels, user intent, and conversion optimization
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or affiliate marketing is a plus
