Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on driving online traffic and conversions. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services across various digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence and engage our target audience effectively.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
  • Utilize SEO tools for keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking to improve search engine rankings.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and maximize lead generation.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to engage with audiences.
  • Create compelling content for various channels including blogs, email newsletters, social media posts, and website pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing for email marketing campaigns and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Oversee paid advertising efforts through Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies.
  • Maintain content management systems (CMS) like WordPress to ensure website content is current and engaging.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is advantageous for technical aspects of digital campaigns.
  • Strong skills in content creation including copywriting for various formats (blogs, ads, social media).
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and B2B marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media management best practices and tools for effective engagement.
  • Ability to analyze data trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
