DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER

Position Title: Digital Marketing Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Officer to manage and grow the online presence of our teaching platform. The candidate must have at least one year of proven digital marketing experience and will also be responsible for supervising the design team and guiding marketing interns.

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Marketing Execution:

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Optimize content for SEO and manage SEM campaigns

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Manage email marketing tools and strategies to improve reach and engagement

Plan and schedule daily/weekly social media content

Participate in daily meetings to discuss ongoing requirements and ensure timely submission of all assigned work.

Team Coordination and Supervision:

Guide and assign creative tasks to graphic designers (e.g., banner design, reels, posters) based on campaign goals

Review and approve marketing creatives to ensure quality and brand consistency

Provide clear instructions on content themes, platform specifications, and brand color codes (light gray, light yellow, black, white)

Train, monitor, and support marketing interns with daily tasks and learning goals

Conduct briefings and feedback sessions for designers and interns

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing role

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, and paid ads

Familiar with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.

Leadership and team coordination skills

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Prior experience in the education/e-learning sector is an advantage
