Marketing Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content and maintain and grow the company’s social media presence.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
• Plan and organize promotional events and activities.
• Generate leads through digital platforms (Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Maintain and update the company’s website.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in marketing or a related role preferably in the solar or energy sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking with an eye for design and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe, Canva, etc.).
