This is not a “social media manager” role.
This is not about vanity metrics.

This is a full-funnel, revenue-driving, growth operator position.

At DC Pines Roofing, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Online Strategy Manager to own our entire inbound engine—from first click to closed job to 5-star review. You will build, track, optimize, and scale systems that directly impact booked inspections and sold revenue.

Your Mission

Own and operate our complete inbound digital ecosystem to produce:

  • Consistent, high-quality inbound leads
  • Booked inspections that show up
  • Sold jobs that drive real revenue

Everything must be trackable, scalable, and optimized.

The Funnel You Own:
Traffic (SEO, Google Ads, LSA, Social) → Landing Pages → Calls & Forms → SMS Follow-Up → Inspections → Close → Reviews & Referrals

Your 90-Day Game Plan

Days 1–30: Take Control

You’ll audit, fix leaks, and establish clear performance baselines.

  • Full audit of website, ads, GBP, SEO, listings, and follow-up systems
  • Lock in GA4, GTM, call tracking, and conversion tracking
  • Google Business Profile overhaul (posts, photos, cadence)
  • Review generation system launched
  • Clear KPIs aligned with leadership

Goal: Visibility, accuracy, and control.

Days 31–60: Build & Launch

You’ll launch assets that actually produce revenue.

  • Service and neighborhood pages live
  • Paid landing pages connected to ads
  • Google LSA + Search Ads fully operational
  • Retargeting campaigns live
  • Content cadence established with videographer
  • Initial CPL and lead-quality optimization

Goal: High-intent traffic entering controlled funnels.

Days 61–90: Optimize & Scale

You’ll turn what works into repeatable machines.

  • SEO content and case study cadence
  • Third-party platforms tested and evaluated
  • SMS and email follow-up sequences optimized
  • Speed-to-lead improvements implemented
  • Live dashboards for CPL, bookings, and sold jobs

Goal: Lower CPL, higher booking rates, full attribution.

  • Consistent inbound leads from Google (paid + organic)
  • Clear attribution from lead → inspection → sold job
  • Google reviews flowing weekly
  • Cost per lead trending down
  • Leadership has full visibility into performance
