Responsibilities:
- Be fully accountable for task completion across SEO, media buying, content writing, and digital marketing services, ensuring quality control and timely execution.
- Streamline the onboarding process with clear task allocation, ensuring no resource receives tasks outside the defined process.
- Maintain updated records of all social media activities, including posts to be designed, content pieces to be written, and ad campaigns to be launched.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of tasks.
- Keep the task management tool updated with task statuses, deadlines, and deliverables for accurate tracking of ongoing activities.
- Act as the point of contact for tracking and reporting on social media execution, providing regular updates on progress and pending tasks.
- Ensure adherence to the posting schedule, verifying all content is correctly published and error-free.
- Assist in gathering data for social media performance reports, highlighting completed tasks and identifying execution gaps.
- Collaborate with account managers to facilitate smooth communication and alignment between teams.
- Monitor execution progress and promptly identify any delays or inconsistencies to ensure smooth operations.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in execution and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
- Ensure proper workload distribution among the team to maximize efficiency and maintain quality standards.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues, taking ownership of problem resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, content marketing, and paid media campaigns.
- Experience with task management and project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Ability to analyze operational processes and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and performance reporting.

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs135,000.00 per month
