Digital Marketing Specialist – Office-Based

We are a fast-growing company seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketer to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, paid advertising, SEO, Google Ads and overall digital marketing strategies.

Job Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns. You should be able to create effective strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads and drive sales through different digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

Create, plan, and run paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube

Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and minimum cost per lead

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings

Manage Google Ads, Display Ads, and Retargeting Campaigns

Create engaging content strategies for different digital platforms

Monitor analytics & performance reports to improve campaign results

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Required Skills & Expertise:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role

Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Content Marketing

Understanding of email marketing, remarketing, and automation tools

Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports

Excellent knowledge of social media trends & strategies

Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

Portfolio of successful campaigns will be an added advantage
