Overall Role Purpose
The Digital Marketing Performance Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving digital growth through data driven optimization of all digital channels. This performance focused position will own the digital revenue pipeline, from acquisition through conversion, by implementing scalable strategies that maximize ROI, enhance customer lifetime value, and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate is a hybrid strategist, analyst, and tactician who thrives on experimentation and measurable outcomes.
Your Tasks:
Digital Growth Strategy

Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across channels (Paid Social, SEM, Display, Programmatic, Affiliate, Email) based on performance data and growth potential.

Establish and monitor KPIs and OKRs for all digital initiatives
- Lead cross functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Creative, and Tech teams to ensure a seamless, high converting customer journey.

Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
Performance Marketing & Channel Management
- Paid Media Mastery: Hands on management and optimization of largescale paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with a focus on scaling efficient acquisition.

Data & Analytics: Utilize analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics), data visualization tools, and SQL to derive actionable insights. Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Testing & Optimization: Design and implement rigorous A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, ad creative, user funnels, and messaging to continuously improve performance.

Attribution & Modeling: Manage multitouch attribution models to accurately assess channel contribution and inform budget decisions.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & UX
- Lead the CRO program, using qualitative data (heatmaps, session recordings) and quantitative data to identify and fix friction points in the user journey.

Collaborate with UX/UI and web development teams to implement site enhancements that directly impact conversion and revenue.

Develop personalized user experiences and segmentation strategies to improve engagement and retention.
Reporting, Forecasting & Analysis
- Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports, translating complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for leadership.

Forecast growth trends, budget needs, and potential returns on investment for new initiatives.
Your Profile:
Required
- 5+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record of driving measurable growth
Technical Proficiency:

Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

Strong experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization (Excel/Sheets to an advanced level; BI tools).

Understanding of web technologies and tag management (Google Tag Manager).

Analytical Mindset: Expert in data driven decision making, statistical analysis, and interpreting complex datasets.

Business Acumen: Direct experience managing six figure+ monthly budgets and a clear understanding of P&L impact.

Communication: Exceptional ability to present data insights and strategic plans to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Preferred

Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint.

Skills in SEO and GEO, content strategy, or email marketing lifecycle management.

Experience with SQL and/or Python for data analysis.

Familiarity with CDPs and advanced attribution modeling.
