Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketer who can manage paid advertising campaigns and handle organic posts, event promotions, and content creation across digital platforms.The ideal candidate is creative AND analytical — someone who understands lead generation, brand building, and content that converts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)

· Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads

· Manage full-funnel marketing: TOFU, MOFU, BOFU

· Create custom/remarketing/lookalike audiences

· Optimize campaigns for CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS

· Daily monitoring and troubleshooting of active campaigns

· Scale high-performing campaigns

2. Organic Social Media & Content Creation

· Plan and create monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube

· Create post copy, captions, stories & creative ideas

· Manage daily organic posting (student activities, events, infrastructure, placements)

· Shoot and edit reels, short videos, student testimonials, campus videos

· Write content for:

o Posters

o Carousels

o Reels

o YouTube descriptions

o LinkedIn posts

o Website content (optional but preferred)

· Engage with audience comments & DMs

· Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity

3. Event Promotion (Online + Offline)

· Promote college events (guest lectures, seminars, alumni talks, admissions events)

· Create event posters, promo videos, countdown posts, highlights

· Cover events through live stories, reels, BTS clips

· Create post-event content:

o Photo albums

o Event reports

o After-event reels

o Testimonial snippets

· Coordinate with academic & admissions team for event needs

4. Content Strategy & Creative Ideation

· Develop new creative concepts for:

o Admissions push campaigns

o Student achievements

o Placement highlights

o International immersion programs

o Industry visits

· Suggest engaging ideas like:

o Trend-based reels

o Storytelling videos

o Student spotlight series

o Alumni success profiles

o Day-in-the-life videos

5. Analytics & Reporting

· Track performance across:

o Paid campaigns

o Organic engagement

o Reel performance

o Lead generation sources

· Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports

· Suggest improvement strategies based on data

6. Marketing Automation & Funnel Work

· Set up remarketing funnels

· Work on lead nurturing through CRM (Zoho / LeadSquared / HubSpot)

· Create automation workflows (email/SMS/WhatsApp follow-ups)

Required Skills

Technical Skills

· Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

· Strong knowledge of organic social media growth

· Video editing (CapCut/Canva/Premiere basic)

· Poster design using Canva

· Knowledge of GA4, UTM, GTM

· Understanding of CPL, ROAS, CPA metrics

· Content writing skills (short-form & long-form)
