Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (if required)
- Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Manage CPL (Cost per Lead) and improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Create and manage landing pages with strong conversion focus.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
- Track campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel
- Coordinate with sales team to track lead quality and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and real estate market insights.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in real estate lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and remarketing strategies.
- Understanding of CRM integration and lead management systems.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Experience working with real estate developers or channel partners.

- Lead-to-site visit ratio
- Site visit-to-booking ratio
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
