POSITION PURPOSE
The Digital Marketing Producer will play a critical role in shaping the visual storytelling and brand voice across all digital platforms. This position is responsible for writing, producing, filming, and editing high-quality video and photography content that supports internal and external communications, advertising campaigns, community engagement initiatives, and employee engagement efforts.
This individual will oversee the full production process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that all content is compelling, brand-aligned, and optimized for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on creative with a strong background in videography, still photography, editing, motion graphics, and content distribution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Video & Photography Production
1. Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality video content for marketing, social media, internal communications, and community events.
2. Capture and edit high-resolution photography for use across print, digital, and social channels.
3. Operate and maintain all necessary video, audio, and lighting equipment.
Content Development & Writing
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize video content that aligns with strategic goals.
5. Write scripts, storyboards, and content outlines for video storytelling across a wide range of topics.
Post-Production & Motion Graphics
6. Edit video and audio content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
7. Design and animate graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar tools to enhance content with branded visual elements.
Digital Distribution & Platform Management
8. Optimize and publish videos across digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and internal intranet systems.
9. Manage metadata, thumbnails, closed captions, and SEO tagging for maximum discoverability and engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
10. Work closely with Marketing, Human Resources, and executive leadership to support various communications objectives.
11. Provide creative direction and production support for internal events and campaigns.
12. Maintain in-depth knowledge of organization’s products, services, and business channels, and maintain current knowledge of industry trends and opportunities.
13. Other related tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or related field preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends. Knowledge of ADA-compliant content creation and closed-captioning best practices.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in video production and digital content creation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of video, animation, and photography projects.
- Experience with internal corporate communications or employer branding.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
o Video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro)
o Motion graphics and animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Illustrator)
o DSLR and/or mirrorless camera operation
o Audio recording equipment and lighting setups
- Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- Ability to work effectively, accurately, efficiently with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities while working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to be flexible and responsive to provide the highest quality of service to internal and external members.
- Ability to balance creativity and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
