Web Management and Optimization
We’re looking for a creative and technically capable Digital Marketing Producer to own our marketing websites and create video content. This role is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our web presence to support lead generation and product engagement, while also producing video assets that clearly communicate value, drive brand awareness, and support conversion.
The ideal candidate thrives in both strategy and hands-on execution, understands how to create content that drives conversion, and can work independently to deliver polished, on-brand materials that resonate with small business buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
Web Management and Optimization
- Own the ongoing creation, testing, maintenance, and optimization of our marketing websites primarily using WordPress.
- Build and manage landing pages that align with campaign goals, brand standards, and creative guidelines.
- Implement CRO best practices: run A/B tests, optimize forms and CTAs, monitor page performance, recommend and execute actionable insights improve lead capture and user experience.
- Manage plugins, integrations, and third-party tools to ensure site stability and functionality.
- Collaborate with internal marketing team and cross-functional teams to turn messaging into high-performing page layouts.
- Ensure consistent, responsive, and accessible design across devices and browsers.
- Regularly audit the site for broken links, outdated content, or UX issues and address them proactively.
- Analyze web performance data (e.g., Google Analytics, heatmaps) and use insights to inform optimizations.
Video Production
- Develop and execute our marketing video strategy to support awareness, lead generation, conversion, product education, and customer engagement.
- Produce a variety of video formats tailored to different points in the prospect and customer journey, including marketing videos, product demos, customer testimonials, explainer videos, brand storytelling pieces, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate ideas for creative, compelling, and engaging video that resonates with small business owners, aligns with our brand voice and positioning, drives user action, and generates leads and drives conversion.
- Storyboard, script, and direct video shoots to ensure brand consistency, narrative clarity, and maintain a cohesive and professional look across all touchpoints.
- Edit video content with attention to pacing, transitions, motion graphics, music, and text to maximize engagement.
- Create and maintain a library of modular video assets and templates to streamline content creation for recurring use cases.
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms, including websites, YouTube, social channels, paid media, email, and in-app experiences.
- Implement best practices for video SEO, metadata, captions, and platform-specific formatting.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., view rates, watch time, engagement, clicks, attributed conversions) to inform future production strategy.
- Stay current with video content trends, platform innovations, and visual storytelling best practices to keep creative execution fresh and effective.
- Manage production schedules and post-production workflows to ensure timely delivery of assets aligned with campaign timelines
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on website management and video production.
- Deep experience managing WordPress websites, including page builders (e.g., Elementor), plugin integration, and theme customization.
- Solid understanding of front-end structure (e.g. HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript) for implementing and styling custom elements.
- Familiarity with back-end components of WordPress, such as PHP templates, MySQL structure, and plugin conflicts.
- Ability to work within hosting environments and manage staging vs. production workflows.
- Experience implementing and debugging tracking scripts using Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and custom code.
- Strong working knowledge of technical SEO (site speed, redirects, crawlability, schema).
- Proven experience building high-converting landing pages and optimizing user journeys.
- Proficient in analytics platforms like GA4, Google Search Console, or similar.
- Advanced video production and editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, scripting, lighting, audio, and motion graphics.
- Excellent project management and communication skills to manage and deliver multiple projects across web and video.
- Bonus: Familiarity with APIs or webhooks for connecting forms, CRMs, or automation workflows.

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
