- Translate data into actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.
- Ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of campaign ROI and progress.
Team Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction and support to ensure project success.
- Mentor junior members on process adherence, client communication, and quality delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing all communications and updates.
- Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal specialists (PPC, SEO, content, design) to align efforts.
- Conduct regular client calls and presentations to share performance updates and strategy refinements.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Track project milestones and proactively address risks or delays.
- Stay updated on marketing trends to recommend new opportunities to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4+ years in a project/client management role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Email/SMS, Social Media) to guide execution teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
