Job Overview

HA Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager – IT with a strong background in Management Information Systems (MIS) and software project management. The ideal candidate will lead IT projects, manage technical teams, and ensure smooth system implementation and reporting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT and MIS projects
• Manage software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
• Oversee MIS reporting systems and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with developers, stakeholders, and senior management
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely project delivery
• Identify system gaps and implement process improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT project management / MIS
• Strong understanding of MIS systems and reporting tools
• Experience in software project coordination
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL preferred)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to Islamabad when required
