Digital Marketing & Promotions Specialist

Circle City Broadcasting (WISH/WRTV/WNDY) in Indianapolis, IN has an immediate opening for a full-time Digital Marketing & Promotions Specialist (iPhone Content Creator) to join our Creative Services team.

We’re looking for a creative and reliable producer who knows how to create, edit, and post engaging social media content—all from an iPhone and be able to adapt to across all media platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who understands how to capture authentic moments, edit eye-catching visuals, and publish content consistently across social platforms.

Essential Job Responsibilities

· Create, edit, and publish engaging short-form photo and video content using an iPhone for use across all Circle City Broadcasting digital and social media platforms.

· Write compelling captions and schedule posts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.

· Promote events, original programming, products, services, and brand initiatives through social media.

· Monitor engagement and optimize content to improve reach and performance.
Provide weekly reports on social media performance and audience growth.

· Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

· Other duties as assigned based on station needs.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/experience

· Proven experience managing and posting social media content.

· Strong editing skills using iPhone apps (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.).

· Creative eye for visuals, timing, and brand messaging.

· Ability to work independently and meet posting deadlines.

· Familiarity with content planning and basic analytics.

· Editing proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.

· Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred experience

Experience creating short-form, vertical video content for social media platforms.
Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
Experience with digital marketing or promotions.
