WebLocal is hiring a motivated B2B sales professional to generate new recurring revenue in our digital marketing division.

This is a performance-driven role for individuals comfortable prospecting, managing pipeline, and closing consistently.

What You’ll Sell

We provide high-demand digital marketing services including:

  • Custom websites
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Digital advertising

These are essential services for local businesses and generate consistent demand.

Role Expectations

  • Average deal size: $1,000
  • Monthly quota: 4 new deals
  • 25% close rate
  • Primary responsibility: self-generated leads
  • Structured training and proven outreach strategy provided

To hit quota, you will generate approximately 16 qualified sales conversations per month.

This role rewards activity and discipline.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct consultative discovery with business owners
  • Present ROI-focused digital marketing solutions
  • Close new recurring revenue accounts
  • Maintain CRM discipline and follow-up cadence
  • Leverage referrals and upsell opportunities

You will not handle fulfillment — our in-house team manages service delivery.

Compensation

  • Base salary + uncapped residual commission
  • First-year expected earnings: $80,000–$100,000
  • Top performers earn well into six figures
