Digital Marketing Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching digital marketing solutions to clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across different sectors.
• Pitch and sell digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools.
• Develop customized proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct sales presentations, demos, and client meetings (in-person or virtual).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with client goals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage upselling and referrals.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and digital marketing innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing sales or agency business development.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Proficiency in CRM and online communication tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the UAE or GCC market.
• Existing client network or connections in the digital marketing sector.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).

Compensation

• Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
