Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities by selling digital marketing solutions to businesses. The role involves identifying prospects, presenting digital marketing solutions, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The executive will be expected to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, focusing on both short-term and long-term business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new clients.
  • Engage in lead generation activities including cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target potential clients who would benefit from digital marketing services.
  • Conduct detailed consultations with prospective clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Present and sell digital marketing services tailored to clients' business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
  • Generate leads through outbound marketing strategies (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company’s target demographic and are a good fit for digital marketing services.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals:
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of digital marketing services.
  • Create and deliver customized proposals based on client requirements, showcasing the company’s digital marketing expertise and solutions.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and post-sales support.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and potential upsell opportunities.
  • Market & Industry Research:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, competitor activities, and industry standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets for digital marketing services.
  • Monitor and analyze clients’ digital marketing performance and suggest opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and digital strategy teams to ensure alignment of goals and services offered.
  • Report on sales performance regularly, including key metrics like sales pipeline, conversions, and revenue targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and client interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
