Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and target-oriented professional to manage our online presence and drive business growth. This is a key role involving consistent social media management, website maintenance, B2B outreach, and handling sales presentations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok – including content creation, posting schedules, engagement, and running paid campaigns.
• Maintain and update our websites (content updates, basic SEO, ensuring smooth functionality).
• Ensure consistent posting and branding across all platforms to build audience and brand awareness.
• Handle B2B marketing – lead generation, outreach, networking, and building business partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations (online/in-person) to potential clients and partners.
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize strategies for better results (growth in followers, leads, and sales).
• Collaborate on overall marketing strategies to achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of website maintenance (WordPress or similar – basic level is fine).
• Experience or strong interest in B2B sales and creating sales presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to maintain consistency in posting and tasks.
• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on results (e.g., lead generation, engagement growth).
• Good communication skills (English & Urdu) and creative content ideas.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar) is a plus.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh candidates with strong skills may apply).
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Islamabad.
