Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Content Strategist to lead our social media presence. You will be responsible for bridgeing the gap between data-driven trends and world-class creative execution. The ideal candidate should be a trend-spotter who understands why things go viral and who can guide a team of designers and videographers to turn those insights into high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Ideation: Lead the brainstorming and development of original, "scroll-stopping" creative concepts for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Team Direction: Oversee a creative team (designers, editors, copywriters) to ensure all output aligns with brand voice, aesthetic standards, and platform-specific best practices.

Trend Analysis & Adoption: Constantly monitor social media landscapes to identify emerging trends, viral audio, and new platform features. You must be able to pivot strategies quickly to capitalize on "cultural moments."

Technical Innovation: Experiment with and implement new content techniques, such as AI-generated creative, AR filters, or interactive storytelling formats.

Quality Control: Review and approve all creative assets before they go live, ensuring high production value and strategic alignment.

Performance Feedback: Work with the analytics team to understand what content is working and use those insights to refine future creative briefs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Trend Sensitivity: An obsessive pulse on social media culture. You should know what’s trending on TikTok today, not last week.

Visual Leadership: A strong eye for design, typography, and video pacing. You must be able to give specific, actionable feedback to creators.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business goals into creative campaigns that actually resonate with humans, not just algorithms.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where the "rules" of social media change daily.

Portfolio: A proven track record of leading creative campaigns that generated significant engagement or brand growth.

Success Metrics

Increase in organic engagement rates across all platforms.

Reduction in turnaround time from "trend identification" to "content execution."

Successful implementation of at least one new creative medium or technique per quarter.
