Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and business objectives.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth and engagement opportunities.
- Plan, run, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions, and share actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-quality visuals and impactful marketing copy.
- Manage online communities by responding to comments and messages while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Recommend new tools, trends, and techniques to improve campaign effectiveness and overall brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
