Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Monitor key performance metrics including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Work with design and content teams to produce compelling visuals and effective marketing copy.
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments and messages in a consistent brand tone.
- Suggest new tools, trends, and techniques to enhance campaign performance and overall brand presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
