We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing different company's social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate qualified leads, and foster community engagement.

Timings: 1 pm to 10 pm

Job Type: Full-time, onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, curate, and schedule compelling and brand-consistent content (text, image, and video) across all major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
  • Coordinate with in-house or external graphic designers to create visually appealing assets and ensure all post designs adhere to brand guidelines and platform specifications.
  • Stay current with platform updates, emerging social trends, and best practices to continually optimise content performance.
  • Maintain a detailed content calendar and ensure timely execution of all scheduled posts and campaigns.
  • Design, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) specifically focused on lead generation and direct-response marketing.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to optimise conversion rates and manage ad spend effectively to achieve specific ROI goals.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and qualification processes initiated through social channels.
  • Actively monitor all social media channels, responding to comments, direct messages, and reviews in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner.
  • Identify and manage potential public relations crises or negative sentiment proactively.
  • Utilise native social analytics tools and third-party software to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, impressions, conversion rates).
  • Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future strategy adjustments.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience (3+ years preferred) managing social media platforms and executing digital marketing campaigns, ideally within a fast-paced agency or B2B/B2C environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the creative process for social assets, with proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Expert knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), including building custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and funnel optimisation.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for tone and brand voice.
