Job Overview:
We're seeking the perfect fit for our crew: a self-starter who's highly motivated and goal-oriented. This is a hybrid sales position where you'll focus on generating internet leads, driving customers through the door via digital channels, and engaging with them in person, and helping with any office preparation needed. You'll play a key role in our customer relations, helping us build and grow the Socomm Family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and advertising strategies to attract and convert leads.
  • Manage social media channels to boost engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Generate online leads through targeted campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and other digital tools.
  • Work directly with customers in-person to close sales, provide support, and foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the team on customer relations initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet sales goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and best practices for growth.
  • Sales experience, ideally in a hybrid (digital + in-person) environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving goals independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
