Role Overview

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive , you will be responsible for planning and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for Wadi Degla Developments. You will manage relationships with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring seamless delivery, brand consistency, and measurable results. The ideal candidate is highly organized, digitally savvy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Digital Manager and work closely with agency partners, and internal stakeholders


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (social media, paid search, display, SEO).
  • Oversee and analyze media buying activities (social ads, search ads, display), ensuring campaigns are optimized for ROI and lead generation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance ; provide actionable insights to improve results and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (Performance, PR, Web and App development) to ensure high-quality output, timely delivery, and alignment with company goals.
  • Support and handle PR initiatives in coordination with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring positive brand image and media coverage.
  • Oversee SEO strategy and execution , ensuring visibility, ranking improvements, and alignment with the overall goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, creative and branding) to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, platforms, and best practices to maintain Wadi Degla Developments’ competitive edge.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate ; agency background is a plus.
  • Proven experience in media buying analysis (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Programmatic, etc.) and performance optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to coordinate SEO activities with internal and external teams.
  • Experience handling PR (digital and traditional) and working with PR agencies
  • Excellent account management skills — able to handle external agencies, manage expectations, and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, generate insights, and take data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, or Media Buying are a strong plus.
