About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Lead who can independently plan, execute, and manage all aspects of digital marketing — including SEO, Google & Meta Ads, social media, influencer outreach, blog management, and content creation.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, capable of managing projects, leading junior members, and ensuring measurable results across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct complete SEO strategy planning and implementation (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink development.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, and content for search engines.
  • Track and report SEO performance metrics regularly.

Ads Management (Google / Meta / Others)

  • Create, run, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Handle campaign setup, budget allocation, targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
  • Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports with insights.

Social Media Handling

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars across social platforms.
  • Create and manage posts, reels, and stories that align with brand strategy.
  • Drive engagement, followers, and conversions through organic and paid activities.
  • Oversee social responses, comments, and community management.

Content & Media Creation

  • Plan and coordinate the production of marketing content — blogs, short videos, AI videos, infographics, and presentations.
  • Conduct or oversee interviews, educational videos, and promotional films.
  • Collaborate with designers and editors for creatives and ad materials.

Influencer & Outreach Marketing

  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, finance educators, and digital partners.
  • Manage guest blogs, PR activities, and media tie-ups for brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with content creators and affiliates.

Team & Project Management

  • Guide and supervise junior digital marketing team members.
  • Assign project tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously.
  • Report project status, performance insights, and improvement plans to management.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools to measure performance.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports covering SEO, ads, and social media KPIs.
  • Present actionable insights and strategy recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (with hands-on campaign management).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Analytics, Keyword Planner, etc.).
  • Proficiency in running Google Ads and Meta Ads (Search, Display, Video, and Lead Campaigns).
  • Experience in social media management, content planning, and engagement growth.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content, video, and design is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver within deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
