We are looking for a talented
Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant Manager
for our
Dubai
office. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of awareness, performance, and engagement-driven campaigns while supporting multiple marketing divisions including Smartphones, TVs, Digital Appliances, Wearables, Tablets, and other consumer electronics.
How You Will Make An Impact:

Deliver full-funnel digital and social marketing campaigns aligned with Samsung’s brand vision and business objectives

Develop and implement creative strategies and integrated campaign plans
-
Analyze online consumer behavior and recommend enhancements to UX, product merchandising, and messaging to ensure a seamless customer journey

Manage digital and social campaigns, live show content, and product promotions on Samsung.com

Oversee influencer marketing activities that support digital campaign objectives
-
Monitor campaign performance measurement and optimization
-
Track and report on performance KPIs, including awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics

Manage and coordinate digital, media, and creative agencies on a daily basis

Act as the digital marketing liaison to product marketing and brand teams
What You’ll Need:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from an accredited university
-
5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and social media, in an agency or on the client side
-
Proven track record in leading content development, creative strategy, and live/social show production
-
Strong experience developing performance-driven digital and social campaigns across all funnel stage
-
Experience in content development for e-commerce, brand storytelling, and live campaigns
-
Strong understanding of digital creative processes and performance-based content strategies
-
In-depth knowledge of social media best practices, SEO, SEM, and influencer management
-
Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Data-driven professional with strong analytical and quantitative skills
-
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
-
Creative/media agency background is a plus
-
Previous experience in Live Commerce, Live Content Creation, and Social/Video Content Development is highly desirable

Fluency in Arabic is a plus
