We are a globally recognized leader in water purification and reverse osmosis technology, delivering mission-critical systems to industrial plants, food & beverage processors, municipalities, agriculture operations, and other B2B clients worldwide. To support our rapid growth, we’re looking for a creative, organized, and technically minded Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to own our online presence and customer-facing marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and publish high-impact social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) showcasing our systems, case studies, and industry expertise
- Monitor and respond promptly to comments, DMs, and inquiries.
- Design professional graphics, infographics, short videos, reels, and trade-show visuals using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
- Coordinate and update digital + print product catalogs, technical brochures, and specification sheets
- Develop point-of-sale and trade-show marketing materials: banners, booth graphics, product flyers, presentation decks, and showroom displays
- Manage website content updates (new products, case studies, blog posts, downloads) on our CMS (WordPress, Shopify, or similar) and optimize for SEO
- Track key metrics (social engagement, lead generation, website traffic) and deliver monthly performance reports
- Support campaign execution for product launches, trade shows (WQA, Aquatech, etc.), and vertical-market initiatives
Requirements:
- 1+ years of B2B social media management and content creation experience
- Strong graphic design portfolio with proven proficiency in Canva + Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator essential; Premiere Pro a plus)
- Experience managing customer/community interactions and responding in a professional tone
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical catalogs, brochures, or product data sheets
- Hands-on experience creating trade-show and point-of-sale marketing collateral
- Comfortable performing website updates, adding products/projects, and basic on-page SEO
- Excellent written and spoken English
Highly Valued (Strong Preference):
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese – able to create content and communicate with Asia-Pacific offices (Not required to apply)
- Familiarity with industrial/B2B marketing
- Photography/videography skills for shooting equipment, installations, and case studies
