Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for a fun, creative, and detail-oriented Digital & Social Media Specialist to bring our toys and events brand to life online.What You’ll Do

Social Media Management

• Plan and execute monthly content calendar (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Create engaging posts, captions, and short-form videos
• Manage comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Run and optimize paid ads (Meta & TikTok)

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website pages (titles, meta descriptions, content)
• Improve technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization)
• Build backlinks and improve search rankings

Website Optimization

• Improve product pages for better conversions
• Suggest UX improvements to enhance customer experience

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager
• Provide weekly/monthly reports
• Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversions, ROAS)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
• Experience managing social media pages for business
• Paid ads experience (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok)
• Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools)
