Digital Marketing Specialist

Position: Marketing Specialist – Dubai
Location: Al Barsha, Dubai
Position: Full-Time

We are looking for a creative and results-driven marketer with a passion for interior design, renovation, and fit-out services to join a leading renovations and fit-out company in Dubai, and help us expand our brand presence and client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our renovation and fit-out services.
• Manage social media accounts, advertising campaigns, and website updates.
• Create engaging content, including posts, case studies, and client success stories.
• Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and videos.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Support lead generation and track ROI of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with business goals.
• Organize and promote events, exhibitions, and site showcases.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, preferably in the construction, fit-out, or real estate industry in the UAE.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics etc).
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
