Key Responsibilities:

Aggregator Marketing

• Create and manage property/product listings on platforms such as Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, and others.
• Keep listings updated with accurate pricing, compelling descriptions, high-quality visuals, and timely promotions.
• Monitor ad performance, optimize for better reach and ROI, and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with aggregator platform representatives to maximize visibility and take advantage of promotional opportunities.

Branding

• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all digital and print channels.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across every customer touchpoint.
• Design engaging brochures, pitch decks, and brand collateral for marketing campaigns and the sales team.
• Conduct competitor analysis and recommend strategies to enhance brand perception and positioning.

Digital Asset & Platform Management

• Oversee the smooth functioning of CRM systems, email marketing tools, and web analytics platforms.
• Support the team with basic IT installations/ troubleshooting, data security, and regular system backups.
• Assist with content updates on website platforms like WordPress, Wix, etc.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of UAE/GCC digital marketing trends and local consumer behavior.
• Basic video editing and photography skills are a strong plus.
