About Us:
Arena Animation Kankurgachi and Arena Animation Barasat are leading institutes in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphics, and UI/UX Design education. We are seeking a talented and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute online marketing strategies for both our centers, aimed at generating quality leads, building brand awareness, and driving student enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage social media content creation, posting schedules, and engagement for both centers.
- Coordinate with the graphics team to produce creatives, videos, and ad assets.
- Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Manage and update website landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Support in offline marketing activities and event promotions when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Google Ads and Social Media Marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and lead tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of creative briefing and campaign coordination.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Female candidate preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the education or training industry.
Location & Reporting:
- Reporting Location: Arena Animation Kankurgachi.
- Marketing activities will cover both Kankurgachi & Barasat centers.
