Digital Marketer: Social Media, Design & Content Specialist (Clearwater, FL)

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketer with proven skills in:

• Social Media Marketing & Advertising (strategy, management, graphic design, and paid campaigns)
• Content Creation & Copywriting (blogs, website copy, ad copy, editing, and tailoring content to buyer journeys)
• SEO & Website Optimization (keyword research, audits, content optimization, link-building, WordPress management)

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating campaigns, analyzing results, and seeing their ideas come to life across multiple brands.

Common Duties

• Develop and manage engaging social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Design social media graphics and manage paid social advertising.
• Build and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Write, edit, and optimize website content, blogs, and marketing copy.
• Manage SEO tasks: audits, on-page/off-page, link building, and reporting.
• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and account managers to align campaigns with client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (agency experience preferred).
• Strong experience in social media, SEO, and content development.
• Proficient with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills (grammar, clarity, and creativity matter).
• Familiarity with WordPress, HTML/CSS, and CMS platforms (a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Positive, fun, and team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,766.11 - $45,481.77 per year
