Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Growth (Organic):
- Develop and implement strategies to organically grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content ideas, manage posting schedules, and build community engagement.
- Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads):
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Track KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page/off-page SEO.
- Improve domain authority, backlinks, and ranking performance.
- Perform regular SEO audits and implement improvements.
- Web Development & Optimization:
- Build and maintain websites (preferably WordPress).
- Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Implement tracking tools (Google Analytics, Pixels).
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media growth, performance marketing, SEO, and web development.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools
- Website development skills (WordPress; HTML/CSS basics a plus).
- Ability to interpret analytics and turn data into actionable strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
