Key Responsibilities
- Visual Content Creation: Design high-impact visual assets for digital, print, and brand communications, including promotional videos, infographics, tutorials, reels, and other multimedia formats.
- Brand Storytelling & Strategy: Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives that align with brand strategy, goals, and audience needs.
- Cross-Platform Content Development: Create engaging, high-quality content across multiple formats—graphic design, video, social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and websites.
- Software Proficiency: Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Doodly, Canva, and Vimeo or similar programsto deliver polished, on-brand creative assets.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and leadership to understand project requirements and deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Content Strategy Execution: Support and contribute to content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion across various channels.
- SEO & Optimization: Apply SEO best practices in all digital content to enhance visibility and search engine performance. Optimize graphics and copy for digital platforms.
- Content Distribution & Performance Monitoring: Distribute content across relevant channels (social media, email, website) and track performance using analytics tools, refining strategies based on results.
- Quality Control: Proofread and edit all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency. Maintain a consistent tone, voice, and visual identity across all outputs.
- Industry Awareness & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital design, marketing, and technology, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5 – 6 years of professional experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia content, branding, and measurable results.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), Canva, Doodly, Vimeo, etc.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and visual thinking skills.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or collections industry is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Open-minded and culturally aware with a growth mindset.
