نبحث عن أخصائي تسويق رقمي مبدع ومتحمس للانضمام إلى فريقنا. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق الرقمي لتعزيز علامتنا التجارية وزيادة المبيعات عبر القنوات الرقمية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق الرقمي المتكاملة

- إدارة حسابات الشركة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وتنمية قاعدة المتابعين

- إنشاء محتوى جذاب ومبتكر (نصوص، صور، فيديوهات) لمختلف المنصات الرقمية

- إدارة حملات الإعلانات المدفوعة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي ومحركات البحث

- تحسين تجربة المستخدم في المتجر الإلكتروني وزيادة معدلات التحويل

- تحليل أداء الحملات التسويقية وتقديم تقارير دورية

- متابعة أحدث اتجاهات التسويق الرقمي وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات

المؤهلات المطلوبة

- شهادة بكالوريوس في التسويق، الاتصالات، أو مجال ذي صلة

- خبرة 2+ سنوات في مجال التسويق الرقمي

- معرفة متعمقة بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي وأدواتها التحليلية

- خبرة في إدارة حملات الإعلانات المدفوعة (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)

- مهارات ممتازة في إنشاء المحتوى والكتابة الإبداعية

- معرفة بأساسيات تحسين محركات البحث (SEO)

- مهارات تحليلية جيدة واستخدام أدوات مثل Google Analytics

- إلمام بتصميم الجرافيك وتحرير الصور/الفيديوهات (يفضل)

- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية

المهارات الشخصية

- الإبداع والابتكار في تطوير الحملات التسويقية

- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت ممتازة

- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وبشكل مستقل

- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة في العمل

- القدرة على التكيف مع المتغيرات والعمل تحت الضغط

Job: Digital Marketing Specialist

About Us

A leading coffee and beverage distribution company in Abu Dhabi. We have multiple branches and an online store and are looking to strengthen our digital presence and increase our market share.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic digital marketing specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and increase sales across digital channels.

Main Responsibilities

- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies

- Manage the company's social media accounts and grow its follower base

- Create engaging and innovative content (text, images, videos) for various digital platforms

- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms and search engines

- Improve the user experience in the online store and increase conversion rates

- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide periodic reports

- Follow the latest digital marketing trends and implement best practices

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing

- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their analytical tools

- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)

- Excellent content creation and creative writing skills

- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) basics

- Strong analytical skills and the use of tools such as Google Analytics

- Familiarity with graphic design and photo/video editing (preferred)

- Fluency in both Arabic and English

Interpersonal Skills

- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns

- Organizational and time management skills Excellent

- Ability to work within a team and independently

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure

Salary

AED 2,500 - 3,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
