Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Urgent Hiring)

Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram Working hours : 9.30am to 5.30 pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads, and YouTube marketing. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Google Ads, and YouTube platforms.
• Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube Ads) with focus on ROI and conversion goals.
• Manage and optimize YouTube channel content, run video ad campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
• Create engaging content (text, image, video) for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and social media insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with proven track record in SMM, SEO, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
