Digital Marketing Specialist

Reports To: Director of Marketing

Basic Function: Responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and administration of various marketing initiatives, including social media, website management and creative design.

Experience/Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or related discipline with 2+ years related work experience, including graphic design.

Specific Skills Required: Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice. Highly motivated with strong work ethic. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines. Must be proficient in software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, Canva, Google Analytics and Hootsuite.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and website management.
  • Design targeted marketing materials and collateral, including proposals, offering memorandums, brochures, market reports, etc., in accordance with established branding.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for external marketing platforms and internal communications and programs.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including content creation, photo/video capture, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain website updates and optimize website content, structure, and meta-data to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others to maximize ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' digital marketing strategies to adapt and refine the company's approach.
