Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing digital marketing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and providing insights to optimize ROI across various channels. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of digital platforms, and the ability to transform data into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report performance of digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, and affiliate channels.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, CPC, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize campaigns and improve targeting.
• Provide actionable insights for audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and personalization strategies.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing platforms for campaign measurement.
• Conduct A/B testing and support experimentation frameworks to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure tracking accuracy with tag management tools (e.g., GTM) and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital analytics and performance marketing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in digital marketing analytics or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and web traffic metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
