Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Digital Marketing Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks like developing and implementing marketing strategies across digital platforms. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, analyzing web traffic and user engagement, creating and optimizing online marketing campaigns, and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan & execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and X.
• Drive paid acquisition with strong ROI measurement (CAC vs LTV).
• Execute local targeting , including geo-segmented campaigns.
• Build retargeting funnels (abandoned carts, viewed products, engaged users).
• Work with agencies/freelancers for influencer tie-ups & PR campaigns.
• Create & manage email/SMS/WhatsApp flows for nurture + repeat conversions.
• Track & optimize CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, reporting weekly.
• Coordinate with visual creator for campaign assets.
• Explore growth hack opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in performance marketing / e-commerce growth.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify tracking.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, AOV metrics.
• Experience in premium consumer brands or electronics/retail category preferred.
• Analytical + creative mindset (able to test content angles).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
